Bianca Orozco
Bianca Orozco is the Survivor Advocate with The Pride Law Firm. She received her B.A. in Psychology and Feminist Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara. After graduating, she pursued a Master’s degree in Social Work from California State University Northridge. In 2019, Bianca moved back to Santa Barbara and taught sexual assault prevention education to teens and families. She moved to San Diego 1 year ago and only recently joined The Pride Law Firm. Bianca enjoys exploring San Diego and finding new thrift stores and coffee shops to visit.

Why are you choosing to focus on sexual assault?
I want to help challenge the ideas and institutions that perpetuate sexual assault while offering support to those that have been affected by it.
What is a message you would like to give survivors of sexual assault who are afraid of pursuing their perpetrators in civil court?
Because of your courage to come forward, other survivors feel inspired to speak out about their experiences too. The strength that then comes from this community is what allows us to work towards a safer society for all.

I like to dedicate time to myself and my self-care by trying new fitness classes, binge-watching my favorite shows, and spending time with my cat, Olive.
