The Pride Law Firm is proud to announce the launch of the Survivor Lawyer Self-Care Resources Hub, an online collection of trauma-informed, self-care resources designed to focus on healing after sexual assault.

Developed by nationally recognized sexual assault attorney Jessica Pride, the new Hub reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to clients and the broader community beyond the courtroom. After years of working alongside survivors of sexual violence, Pride recognized that healing rarely follows a predictable path and knew support shouldn’t be limited to appointments or business hours.

“Our goal has always been to help people beyond the legal process,” said Pride. “Healing is different for everyone, and we wanted survivors to have access to self-care tools whenever they needed them, in a way that feels safe, private, and at their own pace.”

Self-Care Resources for Healing After Sexual Trauma

The Hub includes a growing collection of educational materials designed to help survivors better understand trauma and explore healthy coping strategies. Visitors can access information and tools at no cost.

Those looking for additional support can also create a free, confidential account to unlock the complete Survivor Lawyer Self-Care Video Library. Registration requires only a username and an email address, allowing users to access a larger collection of on-demand videos and guided practices privately whenever they choose.

The Video Library features guided breathing exercises, grounding techniques, mindfulness practices, meditations, a downloadable Safety Plan, and a self-paced 12-month healing curriculum. For those pursuing civil legal action, it provides emotional support before and after important milestones such as meeting with an attorney, preparing for a deposition, attending mediation, engaging in settlement discussions, or preparing for trial.

The Inspiration Behind the Self-Care Hub

It was developed in collaboration with Sirona Healing Center, a trauma-informed wellness provider dedicated to helping survivors of sexual violence. The idea for the platform grew out of Pride’s experience working with hundreds of survivors over nearly two decades.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the firm began hosting online wellness programs after recognizing that many people had lost access to in-person support while experiencing increased stress, anxiety, and isolation. The overwhelming response reinforced the need for wellness resources people could access from the comfort and privacy of their homes.

“Everybody connects with something different,” Pride said. “Sometimes you simply want the opportunity to explore different healing practices in private.”

Offering Healing Beyond the Courtroom

At The Pride Law Firm, representing sexual assault survivors has always meant more than pursuing justice through civil litigation. Healing doesn’t stop when the legal process begins, and emotional well-being remains important throughout every stage of recovery. The Hub was created to complement—not replace—professional mental health care by providing wellness tools whenever needed.

Individuals, loved ones, and supporters are invited to explore the new Hub and create a confidential account to access the full Video Library.
