Alfred Von Kessler

Alfred Von Kessler IV is a Partner at The Pride Law Firm. For years, he’s litigated complex cases across the country for people who’ve suffered serious injuries from sexual assault, sexual abuse, child abuse, elder abuse, and adult dependency abuse. His work also covers a wide range of catastrophic injury claims, including trucking accidents, mass shootings, product defects, and injuries tied to residential facilities, schools, childcare facilities, residential care facilities for the elderly, hotels, and construction sites.

His cases have involved some of the most devastating harms a person can face: sexual assault trauma, quadriplegia, paraplegia, traumatic brain injury, spinal injuries, amputation injuries, and wrongful death. He doesn’t back away from a fight.

Alfred loves the courtroom. Passion, dedication, and hard work sit at the center of how he practices, and he’s driven by a genuine commitment to helping people who’ve been harmed by others. He takes on large corporations and public entities so his clients can win the justice they deserve.

Alfred has also worked for two judges in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, along with a justice at the California Court of Appeal.
