About

I am privileged and honored to represent survivors of sexual assault, and I will not stop until I don’t have a job anymore.
– Managing partner Jessica Pride

Jessica Pride is the Managing Partner of The Pride Law Firm and a nationally recognized sexual assault civil trial lawyer. For more than twenty years, she has stood beside women, men, and children whose lives have been shattered by sexual violence—fighting to hold perpetrators and the institutions that enabled them accountable through civil litigation.

But Jessica’s work is not only professional—it is deeply personal.

Jessica is also a survivor. She understands firsthand what it feels like to have your safety stolen, your voice silenced, and your identity shaken. She also knows something else: what it looks like to rebuild. Jessica has transformed her own trauma into a life’s mission—helping survivors reclaim power, find their voice, and pursue justice on their own terms.

At The Pride Law Firm, Jessica is known for aggressive, trial-ready advocacy paired with genuine compassion. She pioneered a trauma-informed approach to representation and led the firm in becoming the first law firm in California to employ a full-time Survivor Advocate, ensuring clients receive consistent support and guidance throughout the legal process—not only legally, but emotionally.

Jessica is a Co-Founder of the American Association for Justice’s Sexual Assault Litigation Group, helping create a national platform dedicated to advancing survivor-centered civil justice. She previously served as a standing member of the AAJ Board of Governors for seven years, working to elevate survivor rights on a national stage.

Her leadership has been recognized throughout Southern California. In 2025, Jessica received the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego Advocate of the Year Award and was named San Diego Magazine’s Rising Woman of the Year.

Jessica represents survivors throughout California and is available as co-counsel nationwide. Her work is defined by meticulous case-building, relentless preparation, and the ability to take on high-stakes defendants—whether individuals, school districts, corporations, or government entities.

In 2024, Jessica served as Liaison Counsel in the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Dublin litigation, which resulted in a record-breaking $116 million settlement for survivors. She has also secured one of the largest single-plaintiff settlements in California in a school child molestation case—reflecting her ability to deliver results even in the most complex and hard-fought matters.

For Jessica, justice is only part of the journey.

Her commitment to survivors extends beyond litigation. She founded Sirona Healing Center, created to provide survivors and those navigating trauma with support, community, and healing resources. Sirona was funded through the work of The Pride Law Firm—meaning the justice pursued in the courtroom directly helped build a place for survivors to heal outside of it.

Jessica also previously served as President of the Board of Directors for the Center for Community Solutions—San Diego’s (and the nation’s third largest) domestic violence and rape crisis center—for four years, helping thousands of San Diegans access life-changing support and services.

Jessica understands the anguish and disruption that follow sexual assault, and she believes it does not have to define your life. She encourages survivors to pursue accountability through civil court—not only to seek compensation, but to reclaim dignity, drive institutional change, and protect others from harm.

Her message to survivors is simple: what happened to you was not your fault—but what comes next can be your power.
