Hi, my name is Bianca. I'm the survivor advocate with the Pride Law Firm.

I want you to join me on the hand on heart exercise.

So you're going to start by placing one hand, or both, over your heart.

Feel the weight of your hands. Feel the warmth seeping through.

You're going to take a deep breath.

And then let it out.

And you can repeat after me.

It's not my fault.

I did what I had to do in order to survive.

My body protected me.

And again.
